You're Losing Neurodivergent Talent to a Problem That Has a Clear Solution

A free 45-minute session for HR Leaders who are done watching talented staff leave and are ready to understand why it keeps happening and more importantlywhat to do about it.

LIVE WEBINAR

Thursday 16th of April | 10am | 45 mins with live Q&A

So Why Isn’t It Working Already?

Despite caring deeply and having all the right intentions you’re still watching the same patterns repeat themselves.

Talented neurodivergent professionals burning out, managers freezing when the conversation gets difficult and reasonable adjustments that get made once and then quietly fade away.

Unfortunately good intentions rarely translate into sustained change without clear systems.

You may already have a policy and the likelihood is you’ve probably already run some awareness training. You might even have moved someone’s desk, offered a quieter workspace or told managers to be flexible. These are short term fixes that often don't address the real route course. Things improve for a while and then you're back to square one.

The reason this keeps happening is because almost every organisation is trying to solve this problem at the wrong level.

This session is about showing you what that means and what to do instead.

Here’s What’s Actually Going On.

It's all to do with friction points.

When someone has been struggling for a long time, they’re already running on lower tank. When you remove the obvious blocks it does free up some capacity which can make things look like they’re improving. But without doing a full review you likely haven’t addressed the root cause, so the improvement doesn’t last and you're back at square one. Absence, disengagement and eventually churn.

What actually needs to change is removing the procedural and cultural barriers. This looks like understanding how the individual experiences and responds to the workflows, the briefings, the meetings, the way instructions are given and the culture that encompasses all of this.

In this session, you’ll understand exactly where in the blocks are and why those specific points are driving the absence, the disengagement, and the exits that are costing your organisation thousands each year.

What you’ll walk away with

You’ll Understand Why The Adjustments You’ve Made Haven’t Stuck.

Not because they were wrong, but because they were solving for the visible symptom rather than the specific friction point underneath it.

You’ll Be Able To Identify Friction Points In Your Own Organisation.

Friction points are the specific moments in the working day where the demands of the role work against the way someone’s brain operates. They’re not vague feelings of ‘this is hard’, they’re specific, nameable, and once you can name them, they’re solvable. This session teaches you how to find them.

You’ll See Why This Approach Changes The Business Outcomes, Not Just The Individual’s Experience.

Every friction point you remove frees up cognitive capacity. Stacked on top of each other, those marginal gains compound into productivity, retention, innovation and problem-solving. Without removing these barriers you are watching your competitive advantage walk out the door.

You’ll Understand The First Two Stages Of The CREATE Framework.

The CREATE Framework is the system that underpins everything. In this session we go deep on the first two stages, Connect and Review, because without these, every adjustment that follows is guesswork. You’ll see exactly how they work in practice and why they change the conversation between a manager and a neurodivergent employee from uncomfortable to genuinely useful.

You’ll Leave With A Clear Picture Of The Path Forward.

Not with everything you need ( that’s what the full training is for) but with enough understanding to know that this is a solvable problem, that you’re not starting from scratch, and that the next step is clearer than it’s probably felt up to now.

This isn’t a session where you sit through slides and leave with a reading list. By the end of this 45 minutes, you’ll have a genuinely different understanding of the problem. One that reframes not just what you do next, but why everything you’ve tried so far has only partially worked.

This Free Session Is Perfect For:

HR Leaders

Who are watching good staff leave and can’t pinpoint exactly why the support they’ve put in place isn’t working. Who want to move from reactive firefighting to a proactive system that managers can actually follow consistently.

This Isn’t Another Awareness Session.

You’ve probably sat through awareness training before. You likely know what neurodivergence is, understand that there’s a spectrum and you've heard the statistics. But often you’ve left knowing more but not knowing what to do differently on Monday morning.

This session is built entirely differently. The question it answers isn’t ‘what is neurodiversity’, it’s ‘where exactly in my organisation is this creating the most friction, and what is the most direct route to removing it.’

Everything in this session is evidence-based, rooted in neuroscience and organisational psychology, and designed to give you something practical to walk away with.

Waiting Isn’t Neutral.

Every month this doesn’t have a system sitting behind it, the cost is accumulating.

  • In recruitment spend when someone leaves.

  • In the productivity gap between what someone is capable of and what the environment is currently allowing them to deliver.

  • In the tribunals that could have been avoided.

  • In the talent, creative thinking and the problem-solving that is walking out of the door.

One retained employee pays for the full training many times over.

The compounding effect of a team operating closer to its full potential, in innovation, output and outcomes that actually move the business forward is a clear commercial priority.
