How long do I have access to the course?

Forever. Once you enrol, the video modules, workbook resources, and community access are yours for life. There's no expiry date. Come back to any module whenever you need a refresher many of our members revisit the Regulation module during particularly stressful periods.

What's the best way to work through the modules?

We recommend one module per week, with 30–60 minutes of reflection and workbook time between modules. But there are no deadlines and no "right" pace. Some people binge the whole course in a weekend; others take a module a month. The framework meets you where you are.

What if I fall behind or lose momentum?

There is no "behind" here. This isn't school. You have lifetime access to everything, and the C.R.E.A.T.E workbook is designed as a reference guide you can return to again and again. If you lose momentum the community is there to help you pick back up without judgement.

I don't have an official diagnosis. Can I still join?
